Maximum Occupancy
The Haddock Hideaway accommodates a maximum of 2 guests.
Only guests included in the booking may stay overnight. Visitors are permitted only with prior agreement and must not stay overnight.
Smoking & Vaping
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the accommodation.
If smoking outside, please use the ashtray provided and dispose of cigarette ends safely.
Pets
Sorry, pets are not permitted.
Noise
Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a reasonable level, particularly between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
Looking After the Hideaway
Please treat the accommodation, furnishings and equipment with care.
If anything is damaged, broken or missing during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible.
Guests may be charged for damage, missing items or excessive cleaning required as a result of their stay, in accordance with our Booking Terms & Conditions.
Safety & Security
Candles and other open flames are not permitted inside the accommodation.
Please ensure windows and doors are closed and locked whenever you leave the property.
Before You Leave
Before checking out, we'd appreciate it if you could:
✔ Wash any used dishes
✔ Place rubbish in the bins provided
✔ Leave the accommodation in a reasonably clean and tidy condition
✔ Switch off lights and electrical appliances
✔ Close and lock all windows and doors
✔ Return the keys as instructed
Breaches of the House Rules
Serious or repeated breaches of these house rules may result in guests being required to leave the accommodation. No refund will be provided where a booking is ended due to a serious breach of the House Rules or Booking Terms & Conditions.
